This track will cover the basic principles of virtualization.
10:00 - 10:30 Break (Refreshments Provided)
10:30 - 12:00 VMware Workstation "Hands On" Session
Creation of Virtual Machines and other tricks.
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch (Provided)
1:00 - 2:30 VMware In the Data Center
Covering VMware VI3 Enterprise.
2:30 - 3:00 Break (Refreshments Provided)
3:00 - 4:30 Virtual Desktop Infrastructure - "Hands On" Session
Create and deploy a VDI Infrastructure with your Neighbor.

Prior to arriving at the conference:

Attendees will CLICK HERE to download a free evaluation copy of VMware Workstation/ACE.

Attendees will install VMware Workstation on a laptop they can bring to the conference and use during the "Hands On" sessions. (NOTE: You do not need your own laptop to attend the sessions, all information will also be shown on projection equipment.)

Attendees will also build a Virtual Machine prior to the session OR CLICK HERE to download the Browser Appliance from the VMware website to use during the day.
